Leadership Tomorrow: 2017 Outstanding Philanthropic Organization

Please join us in honoring Leadership Tomorrow as AFP Advancement Northwest’s 2017 Outstanding Philanthropic Organization on Thursday, Nov. 2 at the organization’s annual National Philanthropy Day luncheon.

Since 1982, more than 2,000 leaders from the public, private and nonprofit sectors have graduated from Leadership Tomorrow’s intensive yearlong training program, becoming more actively engaged in the civic and community life of our region.

It’s more fitting than ever to celebrate Leadership Tomorrow’s impact in our community this year, as its legendary leader Jan Levy retires after three decades of service.

“Leadership Tomorrow graduates can be found serving on almost every board in the region, as well as serving as elected and appointed officials. Since its inception, more than 2,000 individuals have completed the Leadership Tomorrow program, acquiring the skills, knowledge, and passion necessary to participate fully in the life of the community. …

“(Leadership Tomorrow), under the leadership of Jan Levy for 30 years, deeply enhances the quality of life in Washington state.”

Ben Reuler, Seattle Works, Leadership Tomorrow Class of 2016

“Leadership Tomorrow has changed our lives for the better; the program’s effects are woven into the fabric of our region.”
