Whether you are working with colleagues internal to your organization or constituents externally, this high-energy, interactive session, will introduce you to tools that help put polarizing issues on the table in a productive way and support forward movement.

In this session, you will learn:

  • An understanding of how polarization starts and grows, and how it can be managed
  • Concrete tools and practices to bring back to your organization
