About the Winter Social and Annual Meeting | 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Come celebrate, reflect on 2018, and consider all the opportunities we took to engage with one another and advance the work we do as development professionals. It's a time for us to reconnect, reflect, and set out expectations for the coming year.

As part of the Annual Meeting, current AFP Advancement Northwest members will have the opportunity to vote on the 2019 leadership. We are delighted to have such a diverse and dynamic group of volunteers represented in the slate of candidates as well as the 2019 Board Officers.

We need to have at least 50 members present in order for the vote to take place and approve the slate of officers. Check out the full proposed slate of directors and officers and register today!

Heavy appetizers and (1) complimentary drink included!

Pre-Social Diversity & Inclusion Conversation | 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Join us prior to the Winter Social for an intimate discussion of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with Kim Vu, Senior Vice President at Bank of America. Kim will explore how corporate foundation and corporate community engagement diversity and inclusion initiatives vary and what fundraisers need to know. This is a unique opportunity to ask your questions about this extremely important topic with one of the industries leading authorities in a conversational setting.

Kim is the Market Executive for the greater Puget Sound region in Washington and is responsible for the Bank's local business strategy and community engagement. She is an alum of the Bank's multicultural women's leadership program, aimed at investing in the advancement of high potential women leaders of color and currently serves on Bank of America's global Diversity + Inclusion Council.

Space is limited to 20 guests. Please RSVP today to participate. This is a very special "meet the funder" opportunity!

Register for the Pre-Social Program and for the Social and pay just $20 for members and $30 for non-members. You can register just for the pre-social program at just $15 (members and non-members). If you have already registered for the social and want to attend this pre-social program, please contact the office and we will add you to the list.
