Look forward to dispelling that fright and be ready to be turned into a provocative fundraiser. You'll be empowered to build something that works for you and your organization, get tools/templates/analysis opportunities, and work through real organizational scenarios to get you primed for building your own plan that fits your team and your mission.

Kris McRea

Owner, McRea Consulting

 

 

Bio: Kris McRea is a dedicated nonprofit professional with decades as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and nonprofit director. Her passion is spreading the word that successful fundraising is NOT about raising money but inviting others along in the journey. Kris is the owner of McRea Consulting, which focuses on small organizations with budgets from $0 - $1.5 million. From supporting the initial preparation of a nonprofit application, hiring your first staff member, recruiting board members that become ambassadors, to navigating change as the organization grows, McRea Consulting is ready to be a provocative partner in that journey. 

Kris holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Puget Sound in Communications/Politics and Government. She completed Whidbey Institute's Powers of Leadership program, is an Executive Corp. member for 501 Commons on both Catalyst and Springboard projects, and facilitates the Puget Sound Nonprofit Consultants Coffee. She is also a proud board member of the Shoreline Schools Foundation
